Atty. Crispin C. Lozano was born in the Philippines and a naturalized U. S. citizen.  He grew up in Southern Tagalog Region while his parents originated from Northern Luzon.  He earned his law degree Juris Doctor at the Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California and was admitted to the California Bar in June 1999.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant for the State of Colorado and the Philippines.  He has his Bachelor of Business Administration, Cum Laude at the University of the East.  He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2000.  He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Atty. Lozano has a weekly article about Immigration Law and Bankruptcy Law in Asian Journal, Manila Mail and Philippines US Today.
