Green Card based on Hardship and Spousal Abuse

Rosita Card was granted a conditional resident through the assistance of Atty. Crispin Lozano.  However, during the course of her marriage with her U.S. citizen spouse, she was physically, psychologically, verbally and financially abused.

Her spouse filed a divorce prior to her application to remove the condition on her residence under Form I-751 petition.  Atty. Lozano worked hard to offer proof that Rosita Card is qualified for a waiver of joint petition because of abuse by his U.S. citizen spouse. Rosita Card was granted a lawful permanent resident on March 25, 2011, with the hard work of  Atty. Crispin Lozano.
