The priority dates for all categories in the Family-based Petitions moved forward by at least one week in the November 2014 Visa Bulletin released by the US State Department.
The First Preference F-1 (unmarried sons and daughters of US citizens) advabnced by two months and the Second Preference (F-2A – spouse and minor children of permanent residents) of Family-Based Petition advanced by one month. The priority date for Preference 2B (unmarried sons and daughters over 21 years of age of permanent residents) of Family-Based Petitions moved forward by 17 days.
The Third Preference (F-3 – married sons and daughters of US citizens) advanced by one week while the Fourth Preference (F-4 – brothers and sisters of adulot citizens) moved forward by another 23 days.
In the Employment-Based petitions, the priority date for the Third Preference (skilled workers and professionals) and Unskilled Workers moved forward by eight months in the November 2014 Visa Bulletin. All the other categories in the Employment-Based Petitions remained current.

Family Based Preferences:
1. First Preference — Unmarried Sons and Daughters of Citizens Nov. 1, 2004
(This preference advanced by two months since last month)
2. Second Preference:
a. Spouses and Minor Children of Permanent Residents March 1, 2013
(This category advanced one month since last month)
b. Unmarried Sons and Daughters 21 years and over of
Lawful Permanent Residents January 1, 2004
(This Preference advanced by 17 days since last month)
3. Third Preference – Married Sons and Daughters of Citizens June 8, 1993
(This Preference advanced by one week since last month)
4. Fourth Preference – Brothers and Sisters of Adult Citizens May 1, 1991
(This Preference advanced 23 days since last month)
B. Employment Based Preferences:
1. First Preference – Priority Workers Current
2. Second Preference – Advanced Degree Professionals Current
3. Third Preference – Skilled Workers & Professionals June 1, 2012
(This preference advanced by eight months since last month)
Unskilled – Other Workers June 1, 2012

Schedule A Workers June 1, 2012
Please note that for the month of November 2014, Employment Based Third Preference visa (professionals and skilled workers) is available for the Philippine nationals with approved labor certifications or I-140 petitions with priority dates earlier than June 1, 2012. For Schedule A nurses and physical therapist, immigrant visa is also available for November 2014, if they have an approved I-140 petition with priority dates earlier than June 1, 2012.
Third Preference visas for Unskilled Workers such as caregivers, nursing assistants and nannies are available for those Philippine Nationals with approved labor certifications dated earlier than June 1, 2012 for the month of November 2014.
