Waiver of Misrepresentation as Single but Married

“Atty. Crispin Caday Lozano helped me to apply for waiver of misrepresentation in the Immigration Court.  I was petitioned by my mother as a single son of Lawful Permanent Resident.  When I applied for an immigrant visa, I did not disclose my marriage which I regret.  I was told by another attorney that I have no chance to get a waiver.
