26 Mar Visa Bulletin For April 2015
The priority dates for all categories in the Family-based Petitions, except that for Preference F-1 (unmarried sons and daughters of US citizens), moved forward by at least a week in the April 2015 Visa Bulletin released by the US State Department.
The First Preference F-1 (unmarried sons and daughters of US citizens) of Family-Based Petition remained the same from March 2014. The Second Preference F-2A (Spouses and Minor Children of Permanent Residents) advanced by one month and 10 days. Preference F-2B (Unmarried Sons and Daughters 21 years and over of Lawful Permanent Residents) advanced by 10 days. The Third Preference (F-3) advanced 7 days while the Fourth Preference (F-4) moved forward by 14 days.
In the Employment-Based petitions, the priority date for the Third Preference (skilled workers and professionals) and Unskilled Workers moved forward by four months in the April 2015 Visa Bulletin. All the other categories in the Employment-Based Petitions remained current.

- Third Preference – Married Sons and Daughters of Citizens Aug. 8, 1993
(This Preference advanced by 7 days since last month)
- Fourth Preference – Brothers and Sisters of Adult Citizens Sept. 22, 1991

Third Preference visas for Unskilled Workers such as caregivers, nursing assistants and nannies are available for those Philippine Nationals with approved labor certifications dated earlier than Oct 1, 2014 for the month of April 2015.
