What to do if ICE is intending to enter your home

Whenever ICE is intending to enter your home:

  • Do not open your door if you do not want to speak to them.
  • Check the warrant: If they present a warrant issued by a judge of State of Federal Court, carefully review it as to limit of the warrant.
  • Do not resist if they force their way in.
  • Inform them you want to speak to a lawyer.
  • Do not sign any documents.
